Where are your items sourced from?
At Patina and Paisley, we believe that used, vintage, and secondhand items are valuable. Valuable because they reduce new manufacturing, thereby reducing our carbon footprint, encourage creativity, and promote out-of-the-box thinking. We source items from many areas, including chain thrift stores, rummage and garage sales, and donations from friends and family, among others.
How do you determine a selling price?
Items are compared to the online and local market. Prices are set at or below market value.
Why don't you offer returns?
We strive to list items with complete dimensions, accurate photos, and detailed descriptions, as well as any noticeable flaws. As always, we encourage customers to contact us at any time with questions before making a purchase.
Condition of items.
Please note that our vintage, retro, and antique items may exhibit signs of their age and history.
Why did my order come in a used container?
One of the ways we practice sustainability is through the reuse of packaging and shipping material received in our business, purchased second hand, donated to us, etc.
All of our packaging and shipping products are thoroughly examined prior to use.
